Returnable Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of your product`s delivery date Equipment must be new in a sealed box and factory-fresh. - From and after fourteen (14) days from your product’s delivery date, we cannot accept returns of any product.  Once an order is processed and shipped, it can not be canceled. The item must be refused and returned to the warehouse. Any refusal will be subject to restocking fees and loss of shipping.  Once an item is delivered, you will need to contact us for an rma # IF your item is eligible for return.

These items may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Special Order Merchandise
  • Digital Picture Frames can only be returned for an exchange if defective within 7 days of receipt of product.
  • Projection Bulbs
  • Satellite Receivers
  • Audio / Video Furniture. This includes all Television stands and Furniture.
  • Musical Instruments: Up to 14 days. Must include all original packaging, materials and documentation. All items can be returned except for items that contain software that has been opened, or items that are considered personal such as mouthpieces, microphones, earphones and strings. Due to health laws once a microphone has been opened we cannot accept it back.
  • Pro Audio: Up to 14 days. All hardware can be returned, except opened software. Must include all original packaging, materials.
  • Up to 14 days All DVD players, Audio, DJ Equipment, Remote Controls, Projectors, Sony Digital Voice Recorder, and car electronics.
  • Any installed car equipment cannot be returned to us. Please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
  • GPS Navigation Systems can be returned. If defective, they must be returned to the manufacturer for repair
  • Projectors may be returned to us only if defective. Exchanges are for same model number only. If defective, exchanges must be made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. Absolutely no refunds will be given on Projectors
  • Please be informed that there are NO returns or exchanges on any televisions.
  • Air Conditioners cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Home Theater Systems & Receivers can not be returned for an exchange or refund. If defective you must contact the manufacturer directly.
  • We will not accept returns for any product that contains a hard drive. If the product is defective, you must return it to the manufacturer directly. We cannot accept returns for any products with a hard drive.
  • Shavers- once used can not be returned or exchanged due to health regulations
  • Only brand new and sealed Small Appliances will be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt. All used or opened appliances cannot be returned. If the item is defective please contact the manufacturer. Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on these items.
  • Headphones may be returned to us only if defective. Exchanges are for same model number only. exchanges must be made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. Absolutely no refunds will be given on Headphones.
  • Home security products have a 7 day return for exchange only. Exchange can only be made for the same model number only.
  • All Klipsch Products

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation, blank warranty cards and all supplied accessories. If warranty cards are filled or if rebate forms are filled these items can not be returned for exchange or refund.

Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Write RMA # on the outer shipping box. Any units received without RMA # will be refused. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer`s package. Please do not mark the original manufacturer’s box with any writing. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

HDTV Dreams is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse. In the case of a defective exchange.

Merchandise that ships via truck cannot be returned for refund or exchange, without prior authorization nor can these orders be cancelled or refused once shipped. (We may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).

TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor Purchase Policy

TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor purchases cannot be canceled once an order is en route.

TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor comes with full Manufacturers Warranties. Most include in-home service.

If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician.

Upon delivery, it is the consumers sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/ Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged.

DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.

If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.

If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product onlyless restocking fees. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

If your television does arrive damaged please contact our customer service department immediately at 800-712-8873 so that we can arrange for a replacement to be shipped out.

Please note that all televisions with 6 or less dead pixels is industry standard for all manufacturer’s. There will be no refunds or exchanges for television with 6 or less dead pixels.


*NOTE: Special order televisions require payment if full before the unit is ordered. Special order items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable under any circumstance.

Special order items are specifically ordered for your order and are not normal stock items for us. These must be prepaid to the distributors therefore are nonrefundable.

Large Appliances

All appliance purchases can only be cancelled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route.

All appliances come with full Manufacturers warranties. Most include in-home service.

Please check all measurements of appliances multiple times to insure proper placement.  This includes but is not limited to doorways, stairs, hallways, final placement etc.

Appliances are not returnable. If initially defective, they must be serviced by an authorized service technician. This applies to Air Conditioners as well.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA #

If any of the above conditions are not met, HDTV Dreams reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%. HDTV Dreams will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return RMA# are valid for 7 days. Merchandise must reach us within 10 days of receiving the return RMA#. Please call (800)-712-8873 to get a return RMA number.

We reserve the right at anytime, for any reason to change these policies at our discretion.
