HDTV Dreams utilizes many warehouses nationally to ensure quick and easy delivery to many parts of the country.
Motor freight items will take approximately 7 to 10 days for delivery unless express services are requested.
New York, New Jersey, parts of Connecticut and parts of Pennsylvania take may take as little as 1 to 4 days for delivery. *1
The delivery company can contact you a day before delivery to schedule an appointment so that you can be present, inspect and sign for the delivery.
We do not charge our customers for insurance. Everything we ship is already fully insured. We have no hidden fees or gimmicks that you might read about in some other vendors' reviews.
We at HDTV Dreams do our best to insure your items arrive safely and in a timely matter. If, unfortunately, your product arrives in a damaged shipping container, please inspect immediately and refuse the delivery if there is any further item damage. If you open the product and then realize it is damaged, please contact us immediately. Our customer service department will make all necessary arrangements to have your item picked up and then exchanged for a new one.
